It's a ring.. It's a bracelet.. It's a.. Hand-piece!!

YO. It's Friday. It's sunny. It's warm.
Why on earth am I at work and not drinking on a boat.
It would be cool if I were rich.

I made this hand-piece a few weeks back and I have been wearing it non-stop:
I like it because it's delicate enough for everyday, but still a unique item. Ya digg?

Supplies:
1. Pliers from a local hardware store.
2. Chain from Toho Shoji.
3. Metal loops from Toho Shoji.
4. Lobster clasp from Toho Shoji.
5. Scissors.

Step 1:
Cut three pieces of chain. One should be bracelet length. One the length between your wrist and the base of your middle finger. The last should be ring length.

Step 2:
Use the pliers and a metal loop to create a closed chain for the ring sized chain. Do the same for the bracelet length chain, but use a lobster clasp.

Step 3:
Use the pliers and metal loops to attach the chain that is the length between your wrist and your middle finger to the ring and bracelet.

Sorry for the shitty tutorial pics. I would be lying if I said I was sober when I made this. You're lucky you have any pictures at all.

Thanks @petermacari for being my bad-ass photographer!

This is what I plan on doing tonight. Except at a bar. On a dance floor.
This shit never gets old!
Enjoy your weekend homies!

Theres a woman who makes these hand pieces extremely intricate ones and also headpieces and they go from simple to cleopatra style. She does some amazing work i notice these are becoming very popular the hand braclette necklace ring its sort of like a hand piece or hand necklace attacked to ring, and thse headpieces also are very popular sold out everywhere lots of people making them.

Great inspiration! I like the way the sparkly ring is worn with the ring-bracelet chain design. What a wonderful combination!

That's a very pretty ring-bracelet. I'm impressed that you did it by yourself. I think the Long Island gold buyers would be interested with the gold bracelet.
